🌿 Biome Builder
Build and maintain a living ecosystem! Place plants and animals, then watch them interact — growing, eating, reproducing, and competing for survival.
🧪 Organisms
- 🌱 Grass — Producer. Gains energy from sunlight and spreads to nearby cells.
- 🐰 Rabbit — Herbivore. Eats grass, moves toward food, reproduces when well-fed.
- 🦊 Fox — Carnivore. Hunts rabbits, higher metabolism, needs more food to survive.
- 💧 Water — Impassable terrain. Creates natural barriers in your ecosystem.
🎯 How to Play
- Select a tool, choose a brush size, and click on the world to place organisms.
- Press Play to start the simulation. Use speed controls to fast-forward.
- Try to keep all three species alive as long as possible for a high biodiversity score.
- Random events like droughts and diseases will challenge your ecosystem!
💡 Tips
- Start with lots of grass — it's the foundation of every food chain.
- Add rabbits only after grass is well-established.
- Add foxes last, and not too many — they can quickly eat all the rabbits.
- Watch the population graph for predator-prey cycles.
